AcheMap: Pain Visit Brief
Touch a spot, slide sideways to set how strong. Set your next appointment and the record scopes to since your last visit. The brief is ready from entry one.
Download on theApp StoreAcheMap is a pain record built backwards from the appointment.
Most days you can describe your pain. On the day of the visit you cannot. AcheMap keeps the record for you and shapes it for the appointment, in plain factual sentences, ready from your very first entry.
The Body Is the Map
Touch a spot on the body and slide sideways to set how strong it is. Where it hurts and how much it hurts happen in one motion, on one surface, and the entry is saved in two gestures. Intensity is drawn as elevation, so a heavy week reads as a ridge and a quiet week reads flat. Your left and your right can be corrected inside the entry sheet, so the front view is never ambiguous.
Time Is a Rail
Drag the rail under the body and the map redraws for that day or that window. Replay the last thirty days in a few seconds and see where the record moved.
A Pain Free Day Is a Real Entry
Good days are recorded too, with their own count, so the record shows the whole picture and not only the hard days.
Visit Windows
Set your next appointment. The record then scopes itself to since your last visit, which is the window the conversation is actually about.
The Handover
The visit brief exists from your first entry and you can read it before you decide anything. It is written in plain factual sentences taken from your own entries: where you logged, how often, how strong, how long it lasted, what you noted alongside it, and which flares are still open. You add your own questions and they travel with it. Export it as a PDF or a CSV, or back the whole record up as a file you keep.
Patterns From Your Own Records
What moved since last time. Left and right balance. Flare runs and how many days they lasted. What you noted as a possible trigger and what you noted as relief. Every line is a count or an average of what you entered. Nothing is interpreted for you.
Find Anything
Search your record by text, area, intensity band, tag or window. Tags are yours to create and group.
Private by Default
No account. No sign in. No analytics. Your pain records stay on your device. They do not leave it unless you choose to export or share a file yourself.
Informational Only
AcheMap records what you observe about yourself. It does not diagnose, it does not give treatment advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Free and Pro
Free gives you one complete entry from body to brief: the body map, tags, search, pain free days, and a live preview of the handover brief built from that entry. Reading, searching and editing your own record is always free, with no time limit. Customers who already use AcheMap keep everything they already had, and every record stays visible and editable.
AcheMap Pro adds new entries beyond the free allowance, the thirty day replay and the window comparison, visit windows, reminders, patterns and correlations, and the PDF, CSV and backup exports.
AcheMap Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one time lifetime purchase. Monthly renews every month and yearly renews every year until you cancel. Lifetime is a single purchase and does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm and vary by country and currency.
