BuildSheet: Project Car Log
Every session, every receipt, every torque value, one book. When the car sells, the build book PDF shows the work and the money that went in.
In developmentAsk anyone who has sold a project car: the question is never whether the work was done, it is whether you can prove it. The folder of faded receipts, the hours nobody counted, the torque value you hunted down at midnight. BuildSheet keeps all of it, part by part, session by session, until it is one document you can hand over with the keys.
The Build Log
Log each wrench session as it happens: what was done, the date, your hours, what a shop charged, and photos straight from the garage floor. Months later the log reads like the story of the build, because it is.
The Parts Ledger
Every part with its part number, vendor, price and the receipt photographed next to it, marked installed or still on the shelf. The ledger totals what the parts cost, so the number is real, not remembered.
Labour and Money
Your hours and the shop invoices are recorded per session and totalled for the whole build. You always know what is in the car: the parts money, the shop money, and the hours of your own work on top.
Before and After
Pair the shots: the engine bay the day it arrived and the engine bay now, same angle, side by side. Nothing sells the work like the distance between the two.
The Spec Notebook
Torque values, fluids, pressures, electrical notes and settings, kept where the socket set is. Written down once, found every time after, instead of in a forum tab you will never find again.
The Build Book Pdf
One document: the numbers, every session with its photos, the parts ledger with the receipts, the before and after pairs, and the spec notebook. Print it, send it to a buyer, or keep it as the record of what you built.
Private by Construction
Everything stays on the device. No account, no server, no sync, no tracking. The build is yours, and so is the record of it.
Free and Unlocked
Fifteen entries are free, always. Sessions, parts, spec notes and photo pairs all draw from the same fifteen, and nothing you enter is ever taken away. The one-time Lifetime unlock opens unlimited entries and the build book PDF. One payment, no subscription.
