FeteList: Party Planner
Plan from first idea through the final toast. Rehearse your guest, menu, budget, and cue plan, run the live party, then keep an honest Encore for next time.
Download on theApp StoreGreat parties get hard when the guest count, food, budget, responsibilities, and day-of cues stop agreeing. FeteList turns one saved plan into a four-phase host system: Set the Stage, Rehearse, Showtime, and Encore.
Set the Stage
- Save the date, theme, venue, notes, and budget.
- Build a guest cast with replies, adult and child counts, dietary notes,
contact details, and contributions.
- Arrange food by course and servings, then focus the Bring Board and Shopping
Run.
- Split preparation work from day-of cues, with owners, due dates, and times.
- Search across parties, people, table items, shopping items, preparation tasks,
cues, venues, and notes from one Studio search.
- Narrow results with computed smart filters such as Upcoming, Needs reply, To
buy, Assigned, Past due, Open, and Complete.
Rehearse Before Guests Arrive
- Host Pulse reads the facts already in your plan and surfaces the lead cue.
- Compare the confirmed cast with a full house.
- Stress test headcount, servings, budget pressure, unassigned work, shopping,
dietary notes, overdue prep, tight cues, and long breaks.
- Open the exact guest, menu, budget, or cue record that needs attention.
- Switch scenarios without changing the saved party.
Call Showtime
- Keep Now, Next, and Later visible during the party.
- Complete a cue only after your tap.
- Preview a delay across unfinished downstream cues without changing the saved
cue sheet.
- Reset to the saved schedule at any time.
- Share a factual helper brief with the current run order.
Keep an Honest Encore
- Compare values saved in past party records without guessing actual attendance
or final spending.
- Review follow-up cues and thank-you drafts based on saved replies and
contributions.
- Share a recorded recap.
- Preview a reusable blueprint that resets replies, shopping checks, and cue
completion before anything is copied.
